JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Account Manager to oversee client accounts, manage multi-channel digital campaigns, and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate has expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and client management skills to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
Oversee and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and email marketing.
Analyze data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Develop A/B testing frameworks to enhance performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with creative and technical teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all campaigns.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Ensure all campaigns are data-driven and aligned with client goals.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Experiment with new strategies and platforms to drive better results.
Contribute to the agency’s growth by identifying new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing tools/ESPs like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Campaign monitor, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Strong Soft Skills: Great communication and client expectation management skills. Great ability to prioritize client requests without being overwhelmed by the number of tasks.
Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Resourceful: Great at being able to find solutions without guidance and instructions. Must be good at “figuring it out”
Fast Learner: Ability to be flexible and learn quickly from mistakes.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently. Must be a very organized person.
Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Relevant Work Experience: Experience working with different agencies is preferred
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in executing paid advertising campaigns for Amazon.
Experience in managing influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and other external partnership negotiations and structuring mutually beneficial deals.
Have strong business acumen.
Car enthusiasm is an advantage since the account deals with cars.

DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIGITAL MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER:
The life of a Digital Account Manager is a dynamic blend of data analysis, client communication, and project management, all geared towards driving successful digital marketing campaigns. Here's a glimpse into their typical day:
Morning:
The day starts with reviewing the performance of ongoing campaigns. This involves diving into analytics dashboards to track key metrics like website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and ad performance. Identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement is crucial.
Next, they connect with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, addressing any questions or concerns, and discussing upcoming strategies. Building strong client relationships is fundamental to this role.
They collaborate with internal teams (design, content, development) to plan and create Job Orders (JOs) for upcoming tasks and projects. This ensures seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals.
Afternoon:
A significant portion of the afternoon is dedicated to managing and coordinating the execution of various projects. This includes reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
They prepare comprehensive reports for both internal stakeholders and clients. Internal reports focus on campaign performance and insights, while client reports showcase results and progress towards their objectives.
They dedicate time to strategizing and planning future campaigns. This involves researching industry trends, analyzing competitor activities, and brainstorming innovative ideas to achieve client goals.
Throughout the Day:
Staying Updated: They continuously stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain effective and relevant.
Problem-Solving: They proactively address any challenges or roadblocks that arise, finding solutions to keep projects moving forward and maintain client satisfaction.
