JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of products or services while driving retention and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Understand client goals, challenges, and business needs

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, support) to deliver solutions

  • Manage onboarding, ongoing account support, and renewals

  • Monitor account performance and client satisfaction

  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and reviews

  • Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner

  • Ensure contracts, timelines, and service-level agreements are met

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience in a client-facing account management or customer success role

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Digital Marketing

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g.Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Experience managing renewals, expansions, or revenue growth
