JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Senior Creative who can lead both ideas and people. This role owns the development of strong, scalable Key Visuals (KV) and brand direction across campaigns, while also guiding a team of creatives to deliver consistent, high-quality output.

You’re not just executing—you’re setting the standard, shaping the brand, and making sure the team delivers work that performs.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead concept development for campaigns, content, and brand initiatives
Own the end-to-end development of Key Visuals (KV) that define each campaign and scale across:

  • Email marketing

  • E-commerce (homepage, PDPs, collections)

  • Social (organic + content series)

Paid ads (Meta, TikTok, display)

  • Establish and evolve brand visual identity systems, ensuring consistency and recognizability

  • Translate brand strategy into strong, distinctive visual directions—not trend-chasing

  • Build scalable KV systems for high-volume, multi-platform execution

Creative Leadership & Management

  • Manage and mentor designers, junior creatives, and freelancers

  • Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and approvals across all outputs

  • Review work regularly to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand and performance goals

  • Allocate tasks and manage workloads to keep projects on track

  • Identify gaps in skills or output and proactively raise the team’s standard

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, performance, and production teams

  • Present and defend creative work to stakeholders with clarity and confidence


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years experience in a creative role, with team leadership or management experience

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding expertise and key visual development

  • Proven ability to lead campaigns from concept to execution across multiple channels

  • Experience managing or mentoring creatives in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of design systems, layout, typography, and visual storytelling

  • Ability to balance brand-building with performance-driven creative

  • Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, or similar tools
