Job Overview
The Account Specialist (Digital Marketing) is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the marketing team. This role focuses on managing day-to-day tasks such as scheduling content, coordinating ad plans, executing campaigns, and preparing job orders (JOs). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
●Schedule and publish social media posts across multiple platforms
●Maintain the social media calendar and ensure timely posting based on the campaign plan
●Coordinate with creative and content teams for timely asset delivery
Job Order (JO) Creation & Management
●Prepare and process job orders for creative, production, and ad requirements
●Track and update the status of JOs to ensure deadlines are met.
●Maintain accurate documentation and files for ongoing and completed projects
Ad Planning & Execution
●Assist in planning digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
●Coordinate with the ad operations or media buying team for campaign setup and execution
●Monitor live campaigns and assist in preparing basic performance reports
Administrative Support
●Handle documentation, reports, and internal coordination between teams and clients
●Support the Account Manager in day-to-day administrative and client-related tasks
●Help in organizing meetings, presentations, and campaign recaps as needed
