JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer for Email using Figma software in a fast-paced marketing agency environment. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-centric email designs that drive engagement and conversion using Figma. Beyond emails, you will design social media graphics, ensuring brand consistency across platforms. While Figma is our primary design tool, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and a keen eye for modern design trends are still essential.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design visually engaging and user-friendly email templates using Figma.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute email campaigns that align with business goals.
Ensure responsive and accessible email designs across various devices and email clients.
Create high-quality social media graphics for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
Conceptualize and execute visually creative and on-brand social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Conduct research and stay updated on email design best practices, emerging trends, and user behavior.
Provide creative input on marketing strategies and content ideas for digital platforms.
Optimize designs based on performance analytics and user feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and engaging digital experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing email, social media and layout designs.
Proficiency in Figma is required; familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) is a plus.
Strong understanding of structure of an email such as hero banner, body categories, footer and CTAs that can convert to sales design principles and accessibility in digital communications.
Can emulate designs from reallygoodemails.com or milled.com and convert to own email design requirements by the client.
Ability to translate business objectives into visually compelling designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated creative flair and ability to design eye-catching, brand-aligned visuals for social media.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus but not required.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with motion design, animation (Lottie, After Effects) or micro-interactions.
Experience in e-commerce, SaaS or lead generation UX.
Knowledge of behavioral psychology and user engagement strategies.
