JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute integrated email marketing and paid media campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to enhance customer engagement and achieve business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing
Design and implement targeted email campaigns that align with business goals.
Write compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
Segment and maintain clean, compliant email databases.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and design.
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions; refine strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Paid Media
Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and more.
Manage advertising budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Craft engaging ad copy and select visuals to drive conversions.
Conduct keyword and audience research for precise targeting.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends and improve performance.
Continuously test and optimize CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive messaging and content.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with focus on email and paid media.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Analytical & Soft Skills
Strong ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Ability to prepare performance reports and trackers.
