JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute integrated email marketing and paid media campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to enhance customer engagement and achieve business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Email Marketing

  • Design and implement targeted email campaigns that align with business goals.

  • Write compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs).

  • Segment and maintain clean, compliant email databases.

  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and design.

  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions; refine strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Paid Media

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and more.

  • Manage advertising budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).

  • Craft engaging ad copy and select visuals to drive conversions.

  • Conduct keyword and audience research for precise targeting.

  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and improve performance.

  • Continuously test and optimize CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive messaging and content.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with focus on email and paid media.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Analytical & Soft Skills

  • Strong ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns.

  • Ability to prepare performance reports and trackers.
