JOB OVERVIEW:
Ubiquity Media is looking for a Senior AI Creative Asset Specialist to own the end-to-end generation of scalable creative assets for a DTC brand, Pawty Dog Toys. This person will be responsible for producing and refining AI-assisted UGC-style content, static lifestyle imagery, short-form video, and campaign-ready creative assets that support paid social, organic social, e-commerce, email, landing pages, and internal brand initiatives.
This is a hands-on production role for someone who combines strong prompting and AI workflow skills with excellent creative judgment, channel awareness, pop-culture awareness and production discipline. The right candidate knows how to move quickly, generate at volume, and maintain a high standard of taste and consistency. They also understand how to prepare assets so they are immediately usable by growth, design, and editing teams across digital channels.
This person will help build a repeatable, efficient, and brand-safe content pipeline that allows Pawty to create more assets, test more creative concepts, and support growth without sacrificing quality.
Success in this role means producing high-quality, scalable creative assets that are immediately usable across Pawty’s digital channels and flexible enough for downstream editing, testing, and iteration.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own AI-assisted asset generation for Pawty across:
UGC-style ads and creator-style content
Static lifestyle product imagery
Short-form videos and motion assets
Campaign concept mockups and creative variations
Develop and refine prompts, references, and workflows across multiple AI platforms to generate assets efficiently and consistently

Produce high volumes of creative variations for testing across paid social, landing pages, email, and organic content
Translate briefs, creative strategy, and brand direction into polished, production-ready assets
Curate and quality-control outputs to ensure strong composition, realism, brand fit, product accuracy, and commercial usability
Perform prompt iteration, light post-production, retouching, cleanup, and formatting to improve final output quality
Build repeatable systems for generating assets at scale, including prompt libraries, templates, naming conventions, and versioning
Ensure all assets are exported, organized, and delivered in formats appropriate for downstream teams, including designers, video editors, media buyers, and ecommerce teams
Adapt creative outputs for channel-specific requirements such as Meta, TikTok, email, PDPs, landing pages, and organic social
Partner with creative, growth, ecommerce, and marketing stakeholders to deliver assets that are both on-brand and performance-ready
Maintain a clean and searchable asset library with clear documentation around source files, approved finals, variants, and usage context
Stay current on emerging AI creative platforms, production workflows, and automation opportunities relevant to DTC brands
Help establish internal quality standards, workflows, and best practices for AI-generated creative production

QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in creative production, digital content, design, performance creative, or AI-assisted asset generation
Strong hands-on experience producing assets with AI tools for consumer brands, ecommerce, or paid social environments
Proven ability to generate UGC-style content, static imagery, and short-form video assets that are commercially usable
Strong prompt writing and prompt iteration skills across image, video, and copy workflows
Strong visual taste and judgment across composition, styling, realism, pacing, brand fit, and audience relevance
Experience adapting assets for digital marketing channels including Meta, TikTok, email, web, PDPs, and landing pages
Proficiency with post-production and creative-finishing tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
Ability to distinguish between concept-stage outputs and production-ready assets
Strong file organization, version control, and asset management habits
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret briefs and turn ambiguous direction into strong creative output
Highly organized, self-directed, and output-oriented
Additional “Nice-to-have” Qualifications
Prior graphic design, photography, videography experience.
Experience preparing assets for paid social, ecommerce, web, email, and organic social specifications
Understanding of safe zones, aspect ratios, compression, file types, cutdown needs, and modular asset delivery
Ability to deliver assets in a way that allows designers, editors, and media buyers to easily repurpose or iterate on them
Performance creative understanding
Understanding of DTC creative testing, hooks, UGC formats, scroll-stopping structures, and conversion-focused visual storytelling
Ability to create multiple creative variants from one concept for testing across channels
Brand and product accuracy
Strong attention to product detail, realism, consistency, and brand-safe representation
Ability to maintain consistency in product appearance, color, materials, packaging, and brand world across generated assets
Workflow / systems mindset
Experience building repeatable production workflows, prompt libraries, and asset generation systems at scale
Ability to document workflows and improve throughput over time
Good judgment around when AI output is sufficient versus when human editing, retouching, or live production is needed
