JOB OVERVIEW:
Ubiquity Media is a performance marketing agency and is looking for back-end support to help our Account team in organizing data based on guidance received from the manager and in accordance with the project’s results management plan. In this role, you’ll be expected to service our customers with our content output. Further, you will be assisting with performance tracking and daily posting on our customer accounts.
This is a role that will require a high amount of daily repeated work but requires you to follow instructions down to the detail. You must be OK with dealing with tasks that may have a high degree of repeatability daily, weekly, and monthly. If you are a person who likes to do work in front of the computer and is maniacally focused on getting the task right, and paying very close attention to details, this is the position for you. There will be future growth on the account management side if you perform well.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Post contents in different forums.
Search and contact leads on forums.
Maintain different trackers/sheets relating to contents and leads.
Help prepare contents for daily posting.
Check and monitor forums inboxes for new messages/inquiries.
Reply to inquiries and new messages from prospective clients.
Other back-end support like data entry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Very good in data entry and analysis, very comfortable dealing with double- checking work.
Able to be resourceful in finding information & details.
Comfortable in highly repetitive tasks.
Efficient in google sheets, google docs, and google slides.
Knowledgeable or fast learner of project management tools.
Good in English (Both writing and speaking).
