Job Overview:
The Account Specialist (Digital Marketing) is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the marketing team. This role focuses on managing day-to-day tasks such as scheduling content, coordinating ad plans, executing campaigns, and preparing job orders (JOs). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule and publish social media posts across multiple platforms
Maintain the social media calendar and ensure timely posting based on the campaign plan
Coordinate with creative and content teams for timely asset delivery
Job Order (JO) Creation & Management
Prepare and process job orders for creative, production, and ad requirements
Track and update the status of JOs to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate documentation and files for ongoing and completed projects
Ad Planning & Execution
Assist in planning digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
Coordinate with the ad operations or media buying team for campaign setup and execution
Monitor live campaigns and assist in preparing basic performance reports
Administrative Support
Handle documentation, reports, and internal coordination between teams and clients
Support the Account Manager in day-to-day administrative and client-related tasks
Help in organizing meetings, presentations, and campaign recaps as needed
Experience:
