Job Overview:

The Account Specialist (Digital Marketing) is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the marketing team. This role focuses on managing day-to-day tasks such as scheduling content, coordinating ad plans, executing campaigns, and preparing job orders (JOs). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule and publish social media posts across multiple platforms

  • Maintain the social media calendar and ensure timely posting based on the campaign plan

  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for timely asset delivery


Job Order (JO) Creation & Management

  • Prepare and process job orders for creative, production, and ad requirements

  • Track and update the status of JOs to ensure deadlines are met

  • Maintain accurate documentation and files for ongoing and completed projects


Ad Planning & Execution

  • Assist in planning digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)

  • Coordinate with the ad operations or media buying team for campaign setup and execution

  • Monitor live campaigns and assist in preparing basic performance reports


Administrative Support

  • Handle documentation, reports, and internal coordination between teams and clients

  • Support the Account Manager in day-to-day administrative and client-related tasks

  • Help in organizing meetings, presentations, and campaign recaps as needed


Experience:
